How do I insert basic shapes in Confluence and then put text in them?

I would like to insert a shape and put text in it and then make the shape and text the color and style I want. You know, basic text box stuff. How do I do this in Confluence please?

Confluence doesn't have the ability to create diagrams out-of-the-box, so you'd be interested in any add-ons that can help you with that.
