How do I get the access to X ray Test tool 30 days trial version

Hi, 

I have requested the access to X ray test management plugin for 30 days trial version. It says that request sent to your site admin, I myself has site administrator access and I didn't receive any email. 

App still shows "App Requested" state. How do I solve this situation?

If you have Jira admin access then all you have to do it go to Apps > Manage app requests and install it.
