How do I get a custom field to show up in eazyBI, it's in the project but not in eazyBI for that project
Hi Don!
eazyBI supports a majority of standard JIRA custom fields as well as custom fields of several popular JIRA plugins. See https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Custom+Fields.
As my colleague wrote also in your e-mail, please see if your custom field is supported and, if not, let us know what is the type of this field so we can see if there are any advanced options to add this field for import.
Kind regards,
Lauma / support@eazybi.com
HI Lauma,
We are using "Project specific Select"custom field. and I tried to create "Calculated Text field" based on that field but its not working.
can you please let me know whether is there any provision for " "Project specific Select" in eazy BI?
Thanks,
Mansi

Hi Mansi,
Project specific select custom fields can be added for import by specifying them in eazyBI advanced settings
[jira.customfield_NNNNN] data_type = "string" dimension = true
Where NNNNN is the custom field ID.
After adding this configuration, the field can be selected for import in the same way as standard Jira select fields - as property or dimension.
