How do I auto-archive the "done" column when it's NOT a Scrum or Kanban board???

I started a project from Templates>Work Management>Project Management. I want the items in the "Done" columns to auto-archive (not be deleted, in the event I need to go back to them one day). I know that this can be configured in the Kanban boards but I am not using a Kanban board.

 

Please help, the done column is so cluttered.
