How could I excute an IFTTT some seconds after a record created

Hi. I want to run an IFTTT macro after a record has created, but not exactly when record created. I want to run it for example 1 minute later. Could I do this?

ConfiForms does not have a background process to allow scheduling tasks

This needs to be scheduled elsewhere and then invoked via ConfiForms REST APIs
