When I tried to update Billable seconds with API response get as successfully
and when I send get worklog request getting updated value.
But not reflect on my Jira Dashboard. So, How can I update in my Dashboard?

are you updating the "billable" hours in Tempo? Billable hours are only reflected in Tempo. Jira does not have such a thing and displays the "logged" hours only.
