How can i detect if the issue created by the customer is his first issue?

I have a JIRA Service Desk project (Cloud)


I need to find out if the issue created by the customer is his first one or not through automation.

Based on this (Yes/No) , i have to perform other tasks.

Kindly help

Hi @Sijo Joseph ,

one idea, but I feel it's not very good solution and probably there will be better one. Please be aware I didn't test it, but it seems to me it could work.

You could try to use "Lookup issues" action and find out, it there are any other issues with the same reporter, something like

reporter = {{reporter.accountId}}

Then use 

{{lookupIssues}}

for the determination. Or create variable using this smart value.
