How can I remove the "Schedule Issue" button?

Bartek Tester November 18, 2022

Hi guys.

Is there any option to remove or at least move to the end of the list the "Schedule Issue" button?

Hi @Bartek Tester ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

That button probably is provided by an external app (The Scheduler plugin). Probably, if you want to disable for the whole instance you need simply to disable that plugin.

Is that your case?

Thanks, I found The Scheduler but i don't know how to disable this plugin.

Please check if you can setup specific permissions for that so other users will not see the button.

I did it. In The Scheduler Access manager all checkboxes are unmarked. But that button is still visible.

please take a look to the following documentation https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/pages/401801224/Global+Settings+6.x

if you need support you can try to contact the vendor https://psc-software.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10

Thanks for your help

Hi @Bartek Tester ,

I'm from the team behind The Scheduler.

In v6.4.0 we introduced custom permissions, one grants access (global) and second one allows to use (on project level) app. So If you want to disable/hide it only in certain project you can modify that project permission.

Here you can read in details about our permissions: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/pages/1322024987/Permissions

Cheers,
Łukasz
