How can I prohibit time tracking when the workload is greater than 100%?

Hi everyone,

 

is there a way to prevent additional times from being booked via Tempo if the workload of the ticket ("Original estimate" field) is >=100?

 

The thought behind it: It should not be possible to overbook tickets. This should only be possible once the key account manager has given the appropriate approval or the estimate has been increased by the key account manager.
