How can I move from free Jira Software account onto paid Professional Account?

We currently still have ~20 days on the free Trial but want to accelerate onto the Jira Software - Professional version on cloud? - Does Atlassian permit an early migration and provide assistance?

Hi @James Morris , welcome to the Community!

You can upgrade to a paid plan of Jira whenever you like - the 20 days just means your payment will only be taken once this trial period is over, rather than you needing to wait 20 days until you can upgrade.

There is no 'migration' as such when you upgrade, you will just unlock certain new features on your existing site when you move to the upgraded payment plan
