How can I link an issue to many test cases at once inside of a Cycle?

I have te cycle X

In this cycle X I have 13 test cases that I need to block because of the issue AA-123

How can I block all of this test cases at once by this issue.

Notice that I can't block them outside of the cycle cause it has to be only on that cycle X.

Please, any help? =)
