How do i import CSV files into Insight add-on  for Jira server/data center

There are 2 kinds of CSV imports.

1.

If you want to import an object schema from a previously exported Insight object schema this is via the general configuration. See Object Schema Import 

2.

Or if you want to import a CSV you created manually or with another tool this is via your object's schema configuration -> import

First you need to create an import configuration where you specify some settings like encoding, location of the file etc. Then you create a mapping where you specify which column of the CSV maps to which attribute in Insight. There is documentation about this on CSV Import.
