How can I get the Cycle id of my cycle created in zephyr for zapi integration

I am trying to get cycle information by the below call: 

http://localhost:2990/jira/rest/zapi/latest/cycle/id

But where can I find the cycle id from JIRA.

Also this same cycle id will be used in creating new cycle using the below call:

http://localhost:2990/jira/rest/zapi/latest/cycle

Please suggest me where can I Find the cycle id?
