Unfortunately, there was a bug in the latest release of Instance Health within the Active Objects Check. This issue can be tracked here:https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/STP-400

We are actively working on the issue and a fix is expected early next week.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

It is an embedded plugin. Should be part of JIRA itself. Where does it say it is not available?

Just today, a new 2.1.3 version of JIRA Instance Health Plugin was available as a update. It appears to have fixed the error at my site.

The message is shown under System - Instance Health - it says also "Could not connect health_check_entity table".

Maybe something wrong with the installation of JIRA itself?

Hmm, not sure what checks are performed. Are you able to see the plugin under system add-ons? Is it enabled?
