How automatically add watchers to the issue?

When the assignee clicks on the checkpoint with a special value - special checklist text in task -> then automatically add watchers that I choose in the automation rule.

The best way to add watchers automatically is to do it when you add a custom component/label. Or if you have a custom issue status and when it transitioned - add them.
