Hide Service Desk from the Customer Portal

Hello,

We are setting up new service desk in our company, currently one of the service desk is ready and other are still In progress.

Until the other service desks are ready, I would like to hide the other service desks from the customer portal.

I have gone through some Q&A and found that this is possible with the following extension and I have installed it.

But I couldn't find the exact Project setting to do this, could anyone guide me please.

I have found this JIRA in place for the same change, but there are no updates.

So I assume, this option is not yet possible in JIRA cloud.
