I searched for informations about integration, and I found this tool, by Atlassian marketplace, ZigiOps, to realize that. In the section dedicated to requirements (https://docs.zigiwave.com/zigiops/3x/integrate/available-templates/jira-tasks-remedy-incidents) I read that I must use a "Integration user", but what is it? Is it a Jira administrator? Has this role special privileges or permissions? If not, what kind of Jira user is that?
Thanks a lot
Hey Silvia! You don't need any special permissions in Jira to use ZigiOps. We have been using this tool and once you setup the integration you choose who will be the users with permissions to change/add integrations.
Best,
Eric
