Hello Community!
My company has faced with critical problem for us.
When issue enter a status with approval(with Herzum Approval app), the Control Chart board's report breaks down.
It shows extremely unnormal time in "column/status"... Up to "5,363w 6d 12hmax time"...
We checked on all projects and the picture is similar...

Can somebody check it out?

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I answered you on the ticket you submitted in our Help Desk.

I'm answering here too,  because I hope that my answer can help other users that may encounter the same issue.

The cause of this issue stays in the current setting of the Automatic Workflow Transition Global Setting, You have this setting set on 'Forced Automatic Transition'.

It causes that the Jira history doesn't collect the transition event:

In order to fix this issue you need to enable the Responsive Automatic Transition:

Unfortunately this change will not be able to fix the problem on older issues.

I'm sorry for that.

Best Regards,
