Help with Condition Comparing Dates
Good day all,
I have a question. I have the following configured for Conditions on a transition from Done to In Progress or from Done to To Do...I'm wanting to disable transition away from Done for any issue that has a Remedy Resolved Date older than 2 days. At the time of this writing, this resolved date is only 21 hours old, so well within the 2 day timeframe in the condition. It seems to be working that it disallows transition from Done if ANY date exists in the field. Can't see anything wrong with the condition. Thoughts?
