Help on Workflow

Hi All,

Need your help on below scenarios

1. How to change the Jira ticket status based on condition ( Say for eg : if Jira ticket has attachment it is moved to next status)

2. User can change the jira ticket status to approve / Reject only it has at least one comment

Hi @Tamilarasan

  1. You could create an automation so if something is done in an issue, it triggers an automation to move the ticket
    1. I don't think this is a great idea since ANY attachment that's not relevant could move your issue over and you don't know if something is actually being worked on
  2. You can add a condition to workflows so that issues need to have at least one comment before you can approve/reject.
    1. You can also make it so that when someone approves/rejects, they need to provide a comment explaining why it was rejected.
