it's embarrassing, looks like you were on Jira Cloud and it was a temporary outage; my first bet would be to check the status of the cloud here:
https://status.softwareplant.com/
Now, what if the cloud is healthy?
I'd reinstall BigPicture, if it's a trial version, and you have no data to lose.
As a last resort, I'd contact support@softwareplant.com.
