I need help ASAP, i setup every thing fine for the '' plugin in JIRA '' Email this issue.
1) Incoming mails and outgoing mails are working fine.
2) That means the unknown sender recipient who is not in the JIRA group is able to receive the mail from the ''EMAIL this issue'' Button.
3) But when that customer want to reply back on the same email, i do not get any notifications on the comments of the ticket. I have tried all day but could not find the solution.
4) I am sure this has something to do with Mail incoming handler, but i don't know how to configure it, there is no proper documentation for this.
