Hey all I'm the tech writer at a software company. The company's software (SaaS) incorporates Help Scout. Help Scout comes with a "beacon" that you can install into software using <script> code. This beacon shows on the page as a small lozenge at the bottom right of the web page. Users can use to find quick help articles (sourced from the company's Help Scout knowledge base) and to start "discussions" which basically opens up a help ticket within Help Scout.
Is there anything like this for Confluence?
