Hola chicos.

Estoy buscando algun usuario de TEMPO que me pueda ayudar, ya que yo como administrador puedo registrar horas trabajadas, pero mi equipo de desarrolladores no les aparece la opcion de registrar el trabajo.

Les pido ayuda.

Hi @Juan Andres Orellana , 

For users to have access to log time in Tempo, they need to have the "Tempo Timesheets Access" permission (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/global-permissions.html). 

Additionally, they need to have the "Browse Project" and "Work on issue" permission for the project(s) they are working on. These are JIRA project permissions, https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/project-permissions.html.

In case your users have these permissions but can not log time in Tempo, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6. Screenshots and information about the permissions the affected users have might be helpful.
