Having trouble to create Automation process

Hi team,

First, I'm not developer and have zero coding skills, it should be a simple question  but somehow I just cannot make it work

In Jira Service Desk, I create a Custom picklist called Domain, it has 2 values: HenrySchein & HenrySchein NZ

what I try to do: 1. when issue is created and if email address contains Henryschein, Domain will display Henryschein

                          2. else Domain will display Henryschein NZ

Now I even cannot make the 1st goal to work, any suggestion? cheers
