Has anyone ever had to set up ediscovery in Jira or Confluence?

I am looking to set up ediscovery in confluence and jira and was hoping someone else had already done this so I could see how it was set up.

Hey Sara,

Onna (http://onna.com) is the only platform that collects directly from Confluence and Jira through its API to collect all data and metadata. It supports public sites as well as private ones, hosted or behind the firewall. Hope this helps!

I've used both of their remote APIs to poke data into them from discovery systems (SOAP at the time, but newer versions have REST instead), but it was nothing particularly complex or clever and was all done with custom scripts in the client applications.

If you're thinking of network discovery of assets, I would now have a look at Mindville's Insight with the accompanying discovery - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214668/insight-discovery?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview
