I'm an Jira Administrator and Project Administrator in Jira Cloud at our Company. My Boss want to work only with NextGen Projects, into Jira Servicedesk and Jira Software. Now i have a Problem, with the old Servicedesks, i can assigne a field with the Account, who are boundet with the Customers. Into the new Servicedesk, we dont have the option, to insert Accounts into an Field of Transaction Types. is there an possibility, the Tempo worklogs, by using of the nextGen Servicedesks group by Customers?
