I am using JSM and I configured approvals based on user Picker fields (single user picker or Multiple user picker and I have more than 40 request
the issue when I need to edit this multiple user, I need to go through these 40 requests to add/remove users.
Is there any idea. to make it more easy for add/remove users
I try to use group picker (single group ) but this is not allowed to use this filed in the approvals

Can you be more specific? You have 40 people that are Approvers on a project?
