When your Gliffy license expires, you should still be able to view existing diagrams but not create new ones. So, to me it looks like your license is expired. Please check with your Confluence administrator to confirm that you have an active Gliffy license.
If your administrator says you do have an active license, the next step will be to email our team at support@gliffy.com.
