Gliffy anchor links stop working randomly

Matt Hutchinson June 8, 2017

I've encountered an issue with our production installation of Confluence failing to recognise links to sections on the page in which the drawing is added.

  • The drawing is added to the page, the link inserted, the correct point selected (they're all headings) and it seems to work.
  • It then randomly stops working
  • The issue only presents on some pages - some appear to be fine.
  • Our DEV environment does not exhibit the same issues, even though they're configured exactly the same way.
  • Trying to directly browse to the full URL (eg. with the anchor path included) of the non-working links doesn't work
  • Trying to directly browse to the full URL of the links that work within the diagrams does work.

Can anyone provide some help?

Confluence : v5.9.7
