Getting error while importing Test cases through Zephyr

Hi Team,

 

I am getting below error while importing test cases in Zephyr.

Master Row:2,Sheet:Sheet1,Error:400 : [{"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"assignee":"Account ID <user name> does not exist."}}]

Can you please advise.
