Hi Team,
We are getting below Warning continuously. User have ranking permission and control synchronizer permission as well. There is no Workflow properties or condition effecting the permission. Could some one help us on it.
2020-02-06 11:41:10,947 Structure-Jobs41ba5ab1 Queue-Thread#950 : Agile autosync #22 for structure 'ObjectivesPSS340Structure' (#72) WARN idogan2 [c.a.j.s.e.sync.agile.AgileSynchronizer] [syncRanksOut] could not update rank for issue PA-102 when synchronizing from structure
Need to know how to avoid these Warning? Since because of it logs memory is effecting.
Thanks in Advance
Hi Satyanarayana,
Synchronizers are part of an old mechanism, and we no longer recommend using them.
To investigate what is triggering the warnings, we'd need to take a closer look at the synchronizer's configuration.
You can open a support ticket with us by writing to support@almworks.com or by visiting our customer portal.
At first glance (if you wish to give it a try), I'd suggest using Automation instead of Synchronization to achieve your goal.
Automation: https://wiki.almworks.com/x/t7DrAQ
If your goal is to populate a structure with epics, you can use the Insert generator, for example, and then use some of the available generators to build a dynamic hierarchy.
Automation > + > Insert > JQL Query...
If my suspicion is correct, the Sort by Rank generator will also be helpful here.
Automation > + > Sort > Rank
If any further assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to open a ticket.
We will be glad to help.
(Thank you for using Structure).

Thanks for the reply and sorry for late response.
As you suggested, We will use automation instead of synchronizer.
Regrads,
