We have a user who is facing issues in formats while commention.
while tagging a name instead of @@xyz it reflects as [~xyz].
and * befor any number like *7777876567
I asked the user to clear the cache files from browser and try in another browser but the issue is same everywhere. I also checked by switching the user and i faced the same for that user in my set up as well.
I do not understand why only one user is facing this issue
