I've read through https://docs.codebarrel.io/automation/smart-fields/working-with-dates.html and I'm trying to format a customer field's date to send to Slack.
I've have it so:
Hello! {{issue.key}} - {{issue.description}} - {{issue.toUrl}} is scheduled to be called at
{{issue.customfield_12914}}format="longDateTime",zone=Australia/Sydney{{/}}
But unfortunately, it fails. Am I missing something? It works for when I use the {{now}} function.

It turns out I was missing a # for my customer issue field. All good!
