Filter/Report Showing Reporter's Organization

Hello,

I'd like to create a filter/report showing the reporter's organization for all open requests. 

I know how to create a filter with a specific organization (organizationMembers("ORGANIZATION")), but I have 100+ organizations and that is not feasible.
