Field not available in the "add custom filed" filter for the Buckets Review section

Entering Buckets > Review > Add Custom Field (the lower left) does not list one specific custom field that was recently created. I tried creating a new one of a different type and that one did not show either.

I need to filter by that field to make the categorization of the issues easier.

How do I make that field visible?
