Greetings,
We have installed Field Security Plugin in our company Jira. We have hidden time tracking field and everything is working fine, external users can't see time tracking in issues. Just one thing, when external users open Reports -> Time Tracking Report, they see everything except time tracking values. Maybe is it possible to hide at all time tracking and time tracking reports from external users, not just values?
@Tadas Pamarnackas Field security does exactly what you are describing and hides specific fields and will not hide reports. When you say external users what do you mean. Are you sharing the project with individuals external to your organization but who have a Jira license?
Hello @Brant Schroeder . Yes, I understand that field security should hide time tracking and etc and that's perfect.
But if our external users (our clients who use Jira also) don't see time tracking fields in tasks, would be nice if they don't see time tracking reports at all.
But I guess it's not possible to do that?

@Tadas Pamarnackas You are asking to make changes to the interface based on field security which is not possible. A lot of teams use service management which cleaning separates the customer from your team through the delivered interface. You might check it out and see if it meets your needs. You will also not have to license the customer for them to access the customer portal.
