Exporting specified fields from ProForma form

Hi everyone,

I want to create a process:

1. Employees fill out a ProForma form with information
2. Only a part of this information should be extracted to an Excel sheet and later be processed further

How can this possibly be realized?
Can I use post functions for that?

Not that I know of - I'm pretty sure the export format is all-or-nothing.

I think it'd be easier to export to Excel then have validation in Excel to limit or refine the data on display.

Not something I've attempted previously.

I couldn't find documentation or another question related to this specific need either - but you could try...
