Exploratory app - Can't get it to open up from Jira Xray

I can run the Exploratory app by itself but not from Jira Xray. We are currently trialing Xray and when I execute a test I am choosing Execute with Exploratory App.

The Exploratory App launch page opens and I click Launch it now.

The Exploratory App opens with a message 'The Test Run you are trying to open is on https://jira.ibodyshop.com.au instance. Please connect the app to that instance to open this test session'. Click the Dismiss button.

I then make sure the URL is https://jira.ibodyshop.com.au and press connect to Jira.

A message pops up saying 'Can't reach that Jira instance or the Jira instance is down. Please contact your Jira admin. You will be logged out'

The Jira instance is running, before I just opened up the Exploratory App from it.

Any ideas?
