Exocet plugin for JIRA / jira-plugin-exocet-1.0.0.2: Child-issue cannot inherit fields from the parent anymore?

NikolaiK Jun 05, 2012

I only want to use the create-and-link-feature - no special field-mapping, no synchronizing between linked issues. All i expect from this operation is that all fields are inherited from the parent-issue - except those fields that i dont want to be inherited. With the predecessor "Link New Issue Operation (LNIO)" there was no problem about this due to the flag "inheritanceActivate". But not the new one ("Exocet"): the ability to simply inherit fields from the parent issue seems to have been lost if the user uses only the simple "Link a new issue"-feature and NOT a defined operation from "operations.xml"!
Does somebody have any idea how to activate the ability to inherit fields? May be i missed something ...

Thanks in advance
Nikolai
