Is it possible to exclude the satisfaction survey for some Issue types?
I mean, I don´t want that the system notificaction sends the survey satisfaction to the client for some issue types when they are closed.

You can't do that by default. There are plenty of addon in the marketplace which can send surveys based on workflows. I would try one of those pluginsand configure the workflow for each issue type accordingly.

I have had a decent experience with https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215212/customer-satisfaction-survey-for-jira but i would recommend testing atleast 1 other alternatiive.
