When trying to install the plugin Sesam-Password Manager for Jira V. 1. 3. 5 on the server JIRA 6.4.12 in the logs we have an error of unsatisfied dependencies:

OBR resolver has 4 unsatisfied requirements for installing plugin.sesam-1.3.5.obr
Unsatisfied requirement:
(&(package=org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint.service.exporter))
(&(package=org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint.service.exporter.support))
(&(package=org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint.context))
(&(package=org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint.service.importer.support))
Plugin installation failed: Failed to resolve plugin dependencies within OBR [plugin.sesam-1.3.5.obr]. Please see the logs for more detailed information.
At the same time the plugin is supported by JIRA starting from version 6.3
Installations of previous versions of the plugin end with the same error.
I tried to fix it manually pom.xml adding provided instead of compile in the dependency descriptions for springframework and installing the plugin, but it didn't help.
Guru tell me please what can be done.
