Error! Something went wrong

 

I'm trying to log work for a team and I keep getting an error message "Error! Something went wrong", and the Log Work pop-up just keeps loading non-stop.

Same here, any news on this? I'm not sure if our teams hours are actually being logged right now.

I still haven't received anything. 

Same here. This is critically. All our projects and billing is controlled by this.

Same here on our Cloud instance. Logging hours results in the error message being shown. The Tempo Add-On is getting a 401 response as well.

Has become worse! All Logs have gone! 

DESASTER

Just started using Tempo. Same is happening to me. Any idea on how to fix?

Didn't work for me neither this morning but it suddenly started working about 15-20min ago. So unfortunately i don't have a fix for you guys. Hope it will get better for you soon.

Just refreshed my browser and everything seems to be back and working again.

Temporarily solved. But I thought the same yesterday. It reappeared today.  

It is four years later and it is still a problem.

I have same error in tempo timesheet 9.1.2 and 9.2.0 . 

Does anyone know what is the root cause of this problem ?

In some Issues, I cannot log time either! Same: here.

We have the same issue. Error appears, log dialog disappears. But logging was not processed.

Strange is that it happens only for some tickets , others are o.k.

We assume that it relates to the update of Tempo plugins we made this week. We are on version  8.13.1.

Any hints for us?

I was able to identify the reason:

the relevant tickets had "null (null) [ 0 ]" included as Account. After deletion the time logging works again.

Same error for me.

  • I refreshed my browser => same error
  • I claused and restarted my borwser => same error
  • Accepted all cookies => same error
  • Tried a tempo report => same error

"After a while" it worked again.
