Hello 3layer Gestão Compartilhada,

This kind of problem is specific to each client's configuration and we cannot provide a generic answer.

Each case is different and I advise you to raise a ticket on our Support instance so we can analyze yours (if you want, you can also contact us by email via support@elements-apps.com)

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
Simon.

Hi @Laura Campbell _Elements_

I already created a request on the Elements portal but but I wanted to share in the community that maybe people already have an outline for this error.

Thanks
