Epic sum Up Light for JIRA Cloud not working?

The install notes don't mention the cloud version, I have installed the light version I can see it in with the other apps but it doesn't appear to have done anything. 

I don't need the paid version would like to get the free version to work.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Do I understand correctly, that you are using Epic Sum Up Light in your Jira Cloud instance?

In that case, there is not setup needed at all. Epic Sum Up Light works completely out of the box. The reason why you might not see it, is that it is only displayed at Epic issuetypes and it is not displayed in "next-gen" projects due to compatibility issues.

To help me reproduce the problem, would you be so kind and send me a screenshot of the Epic, where the progress bar is not displayed properly? Could you please also send me a screenshot, on which I can see wether the project is a "next-gen" project or a normal one?
