Epic link removed from task but task is still visible under Epic in Bigicture

HI ,

I have epics created under my JIRA project, and under each epic i have few tasks or stories created.

i have tried to detach one of the task from the epic by removing the epic link . In jira it works fine , but under bigpicture the hierarchy is still present and is visible under work breakdown structure in JIRA issues view screen.

 

how to synchronize bigpicture with JIRA so that any change made to JIRA issues should get auto-synched to bigpicture , or is there any setting that we have missed to add.

Hi @sujata birajdar

To assure that you always achieve the same hierarchy, start building it from scratch. You can reset the hierarchy when all the structure builders are deactivated. The "Reset" toggle button will appear next to the "Save" button in the top-right corner. Please see my image as a reference.
