End date Synchronization intermittant

I've set up the synchronization between Big Picture and Jira to have End Date = Due Date. However, it seems to only work intermittently and I can't determine why.
Within one project only one task is working as shown in the photo below. I've also added a screen shot of the Sync set up. The only change we made from the preset settings is End Date = Due Date. Has anyone got any ideas? I have cleared the cache.
The date columns are Left to Right - Jira Start date, Jira End Date, BP End Date.
