Enable Service Desk Request type in slack integration

We want to use the slack /jira create function to submit support requests 

we currently have service desk setup to use request type for classification 

but in the slack app it only gives us the issue type ,  in our case this is only 3 types , Support, Service Request, and Service Request with approval is there a way to enable request type to display instead like it does in the Help Center portal ?
