Hi Team,
We are having some trouble getting our notification assistant to work. None of our notifications have been triggering and to try to troubleshoot this we have set up a test notification and email set with very basic triggers i.e. notify any new assignees when an issue is assigned to them.
What we are now seeing in the activity log is the email is not sending and is giving the reason as "No email data yet, awaiting server info" but we are unsure what exactly this means. Is there something we haven't set up correctly?
If we use the "send email from issue" option the email sends fine so it doesn't look to be a problem with the template itself.

Where possible we want to provide help via the community. However, for Mia's issue, we would need to see her specific configuration which may contain sensitive information.
