Email this issue does not proceed all emails

Hi together,
we have an issue with email this issue.
Not all emails come up in Email this issue.

Problem 1:

Under “INCOMING EMAILS ADMINISTRATION” > “Mail Accounts” we can see 2 error icons next to mail accounts, saying:

“Failed processing mailbox: Lost folder connection to server”

When entering the Configuration Screen in this menu and trying “Test Connection”, JETI confirms that the connection is functional.

Problem 2:

We got information, that 2 mails, which were send to the mail adress, where not fetched/processed by JETI.

Funny enough: The affected mailbox is the same as mentioned in problem 1.

We also cannot find related emails in the JETI log.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this? It's quite urgent, because it affects a customer in the german financial sector. They have to comply to certain financial laws.

Thank you!

The issue is resolved now after restarting Jira. It's a kind of magic.
